How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

As soon as you’ve placed an order, we will send you a confirmation email. We'll send you an email as soon as it's on the way!  All orders placed are shipped within 24 hours. Delivery is within 5 working days* of your order being placed and is fully trackable.

Where is my order?

All orders placed a fully trackable and an email will be sent to you regarding an estimated arrival time.

How do I cancel my order?

If you’ve changed your mind, all orders can be cancelled within 60 minutes after completing your order. Simply select the order that you wish to cancel and if successful, we will send you an email confirming that the cancellation was approved. 

If the cancellation fails, this is because the order is already being processed for shipment, however, this can be returned after your order has arrived.

What do I do if I have received the wrong item?

We're sorry to hear that, sometimes things can go wrong but don't worry as we can help. Please contact our Customer Service team and include the following so we can help resolve the issue swiftly:

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

We take pride in our products so we’re sorry to hear you’ve received your order damaged.

Sometimes things can go wrong but don’t worry, as we can help. Please contact our Customer Service team and provide a brief description of the damage, photographic evidence, proof of purchase and your order number for us to look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Once this has been raised, our Customer Service team will be in touch with regarding the outcome. 

What do I do if i have not received my order?

We send you an email as soon as your order is on the way, so that you can find out when it will arrive. All orders are shipped within 24 hours and posted using trackable delivery. If you do not receive an email confirmation or your delivery within 10 working days, please contact our Customer Services team who will look into this for you.
